「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grace. The apartment was modern and very clean. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area.」

「We were unsure due to the address on Spit Rd, BUT it was fantastic! Double glazing and no sound overnight. Slept so well. Comfortable for 4 x adults. Parking onsite was so good. Close to Balmoral Beach and we loved it to stroll around. Would recommend and return. Thanks! 」

「Adam was a great host! Minor cleanliness issue which Adam acknowledges immediately. Had a bad experience of the storm cutting out the lift and we had to go up and down 20 flights of stairs but this was out of Adam’s control. The view was amazing from the balcony, house had everything you’d need for a family holiday. 」

「I organised this stay for my parents to celebrate my mum’s 80th birthday. They had a fantastic time and enjoyed watching the world go by on the harbour. 」

"駅から近くとても便利。清潔で広くて大変過ごしやすかったです。部屋に使用済みのティッシュが落ちてあったことと、受付に行けば無料のミネラルウォーターが貰えることか分からなかったことが残念でしたが、それ以外はとても快適でした。また機会があれば泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました‼️"
