「Very clean and orderly. Everything I needed was there: a full kitchen with dishes, silverware, cookware, micro, stove, fridge, even dishwasher; towels, beds already made. Available Laundry room, free to use! Friendly, helpful staff. Private parking lot: just download app, book length of stay, can come and go with no hassle! Great location: Ten-minute drive to Westfield Täby Centrum shopping mall, and the Melanders Fish Restaurant; seven-minute drive to Restaurang Pont Hägernäs Strand, fabulous....

「Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal」

「Lovely no frills stay. Clean room and all the basics provided.」

「We stayed in a suite room. The room itself and the breakfast were both very good. However, we specifically booked the suite because it was advertised as being available as a twin room. Instead, the hotel simply pushed two single beds together and covered them with a single king-size mattress topper. When I raised this issue, the staff were polite and friendly, but we were told that no changes could be made. I found this difficult to understand, as it seemed that simply changing the mattress...

「It was a nice place but here’s what happened to me. After booking I got a message from the hotel on Expedia asking if I wanted dinner reservations, to which I replied yes 7:00. When I arrived at the hotel not only did I find out I didn’t have dinner reservations, I found out the place was completely booked and we couldn’t eat dinner. If I’d of known we would have ate in Sigtuna before coming. Making the best of the situation we said that’s ok we’ll just go enjoy the pool and hot tub. Wrong again...
