「The thermostat was not responsive. At first we wanted it warmer then it took 24 hours to become warmer and then it was too hot and took over 12 hours to become cooler again. There was a smell of sewage when we first got there. The bedroom with the door to the back yard had bugs on the ceiling and floors. They were spiders, ants, and small fruit flies.
