"Exquisite housekeeping and turn-down service. Beautiful structure in a perfect location: near central Bilbao, across the street from the “Gugg,” and a few steps from the airport bus stop. Amazing view from the rooftop lounge. Great jazz in the 0 floor bistro. Breakfast a combo of buffet and table service, all flat rate. Friendly front desk, at all hours."
