「We've been coming to Las Palomas since it opened, and have stayed at many condos in various locations. This ranks as one of the best. The view is spectacular and the condo is large, beautiful, and well stocked. The patio has very nice furniture - not always the case at Las Palomas - so enjoy the view in comfort! The true test of a quality rental is when there is a problem. We had an issue with the A/C, and the host literally had an A/C repair person there in less than 2 hours. Thank you...

「Barbara is definitely the top renter I have ever rented from. She is communicative, gives you all of the necessary information, and is more than generous with check-in and check-out time, which is unheard of these days. I would book her lovely unit with gorgeous views again in a heartbeat! All three of us had a fabulous weekend and appreciated the opportunity to stay in this little slice of paradise.」

「Hello! We just stayed with you this weekend and I wanted to share about my experience. The resort and unit were beautiful. The food at the restaurant was great. However, our experience with the towel service policy and how it was handled basically ruined the visit. Within an hour of checking in, one of our hotel pool towels was stolen while we were swimming with our kids. Apparently this is somewhat common so that people don't have to pay the $25 fee. We reported it to multiple people but no one...

「We had some hiccups when we checked in but Las Palomas and the owner worked with us to be as comfortable as possible. The condo was not cleaned very well by the staff but the owner was attentive and had the staff clean the condo again the next day. Overall the condo is great, just needs a little maintenance.」

「Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously....
