"La casa é in un’ottima posizione, a 5 minuti di macchina dal centro di San Teodoro. Il personale molto disponibile. Alcuni aspetti meno positivi, sono stati l’assenza di posate/bicchieri/utensili da cucina, poiché eravamo in 3 e per esempio c’era solo un bicchiere o solo 1 cucchiaino. Gli asciugamani facevano odore di umido. Mancava uno strofinaccio per asciugare le stoviglie quando venivano lavate e anche un tappeto davanti alla doccia. "The property was very pleasant and we liked the location. Our air conditioning didn’t work well (we stayed during a heat wave), which made it difficult to sleep, but the beds were comfy. Unfortunately, we are having difficulties with billing (several duplicate charges made, and an overcharge on our laundry) and so far we have not been able resolve with the property. We’re hopeful we can get the charges corrected without getting our credit card company involved to dispute. As an all inclusive reservation, we should have simply been charged one amount for the entire stay and an additional charge for laundry. Currently, that is not the case. For an all inclusive, the food and beverages included on the plan were actually very good. The food gets a little repetitive (depending on the length of your stay), however the quality of the food options were good. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and found a few employees to be exceptional with their service."

"Me and my partner are 22 years old, had a stay there for 6 days and it was amazing, the sea, the people, the service, the room, everthing was perfect. The Nuska restaurant was so good too, the food was so nicely presented and the taste of everything was really good. The cocktails were very good too, anything about this hotel was amazing. Theres also free parking on the street which was very accommodating!!"

"We arrived and were told there was a problem with an aircon, but will be sorted within a day. We came for 10 nights, after couple of days there was no communication from reception regarding the air con, was super hot, after few days we asked for a fun , were told they don’t have it. On the fourth day we got the gin, on the fifth day air con finally worked. There was a change of game, so much better,shame we lost half of our stay without air con. Breakfast was every day the same ,literally no changes, hot food were tasteless . One day we asked chef to cook to order poached eggs , they were awful :(breakfast finishing at 10a.m, on the dot they clean everything so be aware, even we came once 9:45 and there was not much left, as they haven’t refilled anything .Staff not too friendly ( apart of the cleaners as they were super nice) bar staff ignoring guests , I did wait 10 min ,and there were like four bar staff ,one other guest ,and no one even acknowledge me, like I was not there. Loads don’t speak English , so difficult to communicate also .Disappointed and would not go back there , as lack of friendliness ,communication,helpfulness and not flexibility with guests being on holidays ."
