「Overnight stay after an afternoon at the races. Cannot fault the hotel at all, perfect position, room with view of course, handy for railway station, excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Also got better deal with expedia than our friends who booked direct with hotel. Thank you. 」

We were made very welcome by reception and the room was warm, clean and comfortable, especially the bed.
The evening meal was pricey for what was basically a bar meal, but the quality was high. We would have welcomed a "Senior's Portion" as we felt unable to tackle the attractive dessert menu.
In the morning, a hot shower and a excellent hearty breakfast set us on our way.」
