「This large home has several well appointed hotel-style rooms. Each room is uniquely decorated. The homey sitting area on the ground floor has comfortable seating conducive to conversing with other guests. Breakfast is diverse and excellent. The hotel location has lovely views of the town and vine covered hillsides.」

「Way up on the mountainside with a beautiful view of the valley and the Douro River. Valeria is a wonderful host and the place is truly something special. The beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms fantastic and she thought of every detail. 」

「Elvira and Katerina were one of the highlights, just after the beautiful surroundings and installations.
We reached the hotel by rental car from Porto, 1 hour and 40 minutes. The hotel is on top of a hill full of vineyards, and what a beautiful view of the river the hotel has.
In the morning breakfast is served beautifully. You can buy wine from the Quinta by glass or bottle, good quality.
The hotel has no restaurant so you have to go to town for lunch and dinner.

「This might be the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. The view is indescribably stunning. Our hosts Marco and Ana welcomed us like old friends. We chose to book the wine tasting tour with Marco, which was the best day of our 2 week holiday in Portugal. We would love to return. 」

「Überragender Service und ein überragendes Frühstück. Wir haben frische Eier, frischen Bacon und frisch geschnittenes Obst an den Tisch bekommen. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.
