"Arrived at hotel and was told there was no parking left. We were told parking is not a part of the room rental by a VERY RUDE staff member who told us it is not her job or her problem. We asked for a refund and were told we’d have to wait until morning to speak to the manger. TV was broken, shower didn’t drain. Awful experience worst customer service. No parking. "

"Staff at this hotel have always been wonderful. It is a very clean location and close to many stores. We had to stay an extra day and the staff helped us stay in the same room during the check-out/in process for the extra day. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. "

"Hotel was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was nice and hot. Out room was good. Nothing crazy exceptional just a good clean hotel. The staff was nice when I talked to them tho it took a while when I went up to the front desk because all 3 staff were serving a different lady."

"Not a happy stay at all. I was on the ground floor towards the pool. You could see the pool through the air duct. It was loud as kids were swimming and having fun till 10pm. Then came the smell of pot and cigarettes. Live and learn. "
