「Excelente la estadía, pero como en muchos lugares de atención al turismo, no falta el pelo en la sopa, los meseros del área de las albercas atienden poco o nada a los huéspedes que vamos con el plan todo incluido, su tiempo entero lo dan al de plan europeo y la Señora de la estación de tacos del restaurante, necesita ser más empática con los huéspedes, por lo demás muy buen él hotel, lo recomiendo, van varias veces que hacemos uso de él y le doy un 10.」

「Hotel is confortable. We stayed at El Cid Marina Beach and passed well. One thing I coud not understand.. At the moment of check-in, we had been asked to change hotel (to El Cid Castillana from El Cid Marina Beach), if we would like to...I don't know the reason why (Overbooking?)... Of course, we have denied the offer and stayed in El Cid Marina beach.」
