「I had a very bad experience here. The tv in my room was not working so I called up the receptionist in the afternoon, and when I came back at night I called them up again and they said there was no technician available. When I asked for the managers number they said he will call me back but I haven’t received any call as of now. Very poor and disappointing customer service, wouldn’t recommend any one to stay here.」

「Everything was absolutely great! The only thing that we were a little disappointed with was the indoor pool was way too cold to swim in it felt like swimming in the ocean.」

「Casino is clean but the rooms are pretty old. Stained carpets and chairs. Stains on the carpet in the elevator. Had noisy neighbors and the walls are pretty thin. They kept me up and then after finally getting to sleep they woke me up again at 4:00 am. We used to stop here a few times each year. Receiving a few free nights but mostly lay off coupons. 「Our room wasn’t that clean, found crumbs on the chairs and close to the fridge. We found hair in the bathroom and Ants. The bathtub was clogged, water took time to go. Sheets were clean but the couch had dirty spots. The floor was dirty too. Ice machine didn’t work. I liked the layout of the suite. My kids liked the swimming pool. Breakfast was ok.」
