"The apartment was great. The view was amazing of the city across the fjord. The patent was extremely spacious with so much space compared to similar places we stayed on the island. It also had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. Excellent place to stay!"

"Very steep unpaved access. If you have fear of heights this may cause problems getting in and out. Didn’t have Body wash on arrival. Day 2 we found they have entered and put body wash in which is a violation of privacy — entering room without permission when we were out!!! Could not take shower first night. Didn’t deliver body wash until day 2. View is great. "

"Our stay was excellent. The house was immaculate upon arrival, check-in was simple, and the kitchen had salt, pepper, oil, and two bottles of wine. Instructions are provided to guide you through usage of the hot pool and radiant floor heating. We were in house 2, which had a fire pit as well. For those who want to grill, we noticed a propane grill in the utility room on our last day. This was an exceptional stay with a great view and very responsive host. If we can come back, we will."

"Central location. Nice big rooms which we appreciated. Comfy beds with a small kitchen. Nice looking breakfast spread although we didn’t partake and went elsewhere. Only reason I wouldn’t give it full marks is the lack of functioning TV, despite staff efforts and kind offers they made to move us to another room to watch there: it was a bit inconvenient to traipse down to reception each time to get a key, so we didn’t bother. I would ignore normally, but this seemed to be a well-known issue, and with an easy fix. I hope they can resolve and the place would be perfect!"

"Clean room, heat barely worked, shower splashed all over the bathroom, we had to dodge the shrubs to get to our room. Walkable distance to Goddafoss-Falls of the Gods. Room was $300+ per night in Aug and breakfast was not included. Breakfast was another $50/couple. This place is not worth the price."

"We really liked this hotel - clean, modern, nice! The downfall was the bugs, they swarm you when you step out of the car until you walk in the hotel door. We had a door with a small patio but didn’t use it because of the bugs. Other than that room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great location for exploring but the whole area there has the bug swarms."
