"It was very noisy. My room was right next to the elevator and I could hear it all night and morning. My neighbors were also very loud so I couldn’t get to bed and woke up very early. It was my fault for not putting up do not disturb sign bug house cleaning knocked at 9am when check out is 12pm."

The house keeper woke us up multiple times before 9 am each day to clean the room which distributed our sleep and made the time slightly uncomfortable. "First & will def go back. The gentleman in the parking lot & valet parking had a warm welcoming. Short walk to the wharf was great. One suggestion is for coffee shop to have recycle cups so we don’t have to go Starbucks across the street. "

"The hotel is situated in the worst location in San Francisco. Right outside the entrance, there are many homeless people and drug addicts; police cars are parked at the door every single day—it is truly dismal. I felt like I was in a drug den. I have never felt so uncomfortable and so unsupported while staying at a hotel; I was terrified. The staff members were unfriendly. The hotel was exorbitantly expensive. For the price I paid, I could have stayed near the Pier, which boasts the best location in the city. I didn't even have the courage to eat breakfast at the hotel because it was so filthy. The room we stayed in was incredibly cramped and horrible—I would not recommend it to anyone. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had—truly lamentable."
