"1st room I was in was very dirty and found hair in my bed after removing top cover. About midnight after a long day I wanted to sleep I had to gather all my belongings to be moved to another room. Approached front desk next morning all I got was apology. "

"great room. right next to the elevator, but still very quiet. Very happy about that. kids loved the suite with the kitchenette and full-sized fridge. The indoor pool was cloudy and had to go to the front desk for towels. room and beds were great and cozy. very nice room. would stay again with the kids. walking distance to cracker barrel for breakfast. the included breakfast was also good."

"Very nice staff, but only one working the desk upon arrival at 4PM. We had to wait quite a bit and were in a hurry. The man checking us in was lovely. The main space is charming. The rooms are clean, but tired. "
