「Hotel staff and amenities are great but I felt the general decor and room could use some tlc.」

「Front desk was very good . If I check into a hotel that advertised a pool, I expect a pool or a discount to compensate. Van Houte coffee is horrible! We expect it in a low budget roadside motel, but not a better hotel. We went to Safeway and bought our own pods. We were astonished to find that housekeepers did not refresh the room on day 2. We travel all over the world and expect better than soggy towels waiting for us. The blankets were slightly thicker than the sheets. Do better!」
