「The manager was very rude and unhelpful. The wardrobe was extremely dirty. There were a few rotten fruits, specifically a quince and a lemon, left on the shelf inside the wardrobe, and they smelled very bad. The cleaning staff had also left their cleaning equipment in the room. The room itself smelled unpleasant and was not properly cleaned. We also found a bug in the bathroom. I saw a bug in the bathroom. To make matters worse, there was no drinking water available either in the room or...

Pretty idiotic ordering policy. I did not spend a single dime at the restaurant & snack bar after that. Staff were remarkably friendly, smiling, well trained and responsive. ...

「I stayed here for 2+ weeks. It is a perfect location, and has everything one needs. My room was clean and offered a lot of space, including an outdoor patio on the second floor. Stove top is offered, but few cooking items. There were pots and pans and a dish rack. But not a real way to cook.
