Northeastern Health System

The room was fantastic. Comfortable and clean. The pool was really nice as well. The rest of the place needs maintenance. All the elevators were out. I did find at least on ice machine working, so that was useful, but I had to look on several floors. The front desk person was overworked and overwhelmed. The breakfast was just typical. No eggs except cold hard boiled. Overall, a decent stay, but the climb to the fourth floor got old and carrying my luggage down the stairs was inconvenient.

Beautiful hotel and property, The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I’ve found lacking on my the last 2 stays ( in the last 2months) is the carpet in the rooms need a really good deep cleaning or replaced. In room number #447 which was my last stay ( 6/16/26) the main area walkway areas of carpet in that room was just not the cleanest. Thinking it was possibly from heavy use and or just that there was a lot of soap/ dirt residue left in the carpet after a cleaning, When walking on it even with socks on it felt stiff and almost sticky.

We had to change hotels last second for an out of town baseball tournament due to weather when our games were moved to Grove. The staff at BW Timberridge were very helpful, we found the hotel clean and comfortable, close to everything we needed, and the pool was nice. We didn't try the breakfast as we were on the run, but the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thank you!
