「Heated Pool wasn't functioning well 」

「Very clean and very friendly staff. We’ve stayed here twice and the rooms were very comfortable. We really only ate at Ruth’s Chris and Margaritaville because the other restaurants didn’t really interest us. The free sodas and coffee in the lobby were nice to have. We got there early and couldn’t check in right away but they stored our bags for us until it was ready and that was really nice. The airport shuttle was actually an Escalade that was private, very convenient and comfortable.」

「This is the second time I’ve stayed there and the hotel staff was very nice! The breakfast was just fine and the location is good because there is a CVS next door and a gas station and fast food nearby, as well as a movie theater in the parking lot. Negatives were there were multiple spilled drinks in the elevator and hall at times that were left there and you could tell my bedroom wasn’t fully cleaned. 「The location, amenities, and staff were all top notch. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative that I would report was the fact that we were able to clearly hear the guest in the next room. This might have been due to the fact that it was a connecting room. But that wouldn’t deter me from staying here in the future. 」
