"The room did not have shampoo, but it was immaculately cleaned! Very impressed at the size and amenities. Front desk girl no smiles, but she fixed the fact that Expedia would not let me add 2 adults 1 child to the room without buying extra airline tickets. I did not need extra airline tickets because my family already lives in Arizona. I was the only one flying to Phoenix Arizona. Booking and paying was easy. I love Expedia!!!!!!"

"The staff across the entire property (restaurant, reception, housekeeping were exceptional and friendly). Everyone was accommodating to all my requests. The property is beautiful and pretty quiet. My spa treatment was amazing! One critique I would say is that the spa isn’t as complete as I’d like in terms of amenities. The quiet room was packed so there weren’t enough seats for the guests getting treatments. In general for such a massive property I found the spa to be rather small. Overall would definitely stay again. Book a casita if you can."

"Loved my stay at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess! A beautiful resort, gorgeous landscaping, and enticing, crystal clear swimming pools. Excellent customer service, professional Spa Team, and friendly staff. My room was well appointed, with attention to detail, clean, awesome views, and with great amenities. All the restaurants served excellent cuisine and the resort’s shops had something for everyone. The Spa is world class, a vast menu of treatments to choose from, very relaxing and soothing. The Gold Lounge in the Casitas was a treat for me! Easy and fast travel to and from the airport. I look forward to my next vacation at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess."
