Below is all the property information you need to help you with your decision to book the property.

Location - Located a 15 minute walk from Northampton Town Centre.

Parking - Free on street parking.

Bathroom - Fully equipped with bath with shower above.

Kitchen - There is a modern kitchen that provides everything you need.

Dining Room - There is a dining table that seats up to 4 people.

Living Room - Sofa and an armchair with a large TV.

We operate on self-check-in/out so you can come and go as you please.

You will have access to the whole property.

We want to make your stay as hassle-free as possible. We can be reached via Airbnb or by email & phone 24/7.

RULES:
*This property is not suitable for parties!

*This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and any related charges will be passed onto you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 pm the quiet times are to be respected.

*We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties and we will charge you for the cost of specialist cleaning to resolve.

*Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.

*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.

*We require a £250.00 security deposit upon check-in which will be refunded on check-out providing there are no issues at the property.

*We require completion of our reservation form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs, provision of a government-issued photo ID.

*The minimum age to book the property is 21. We will cancel all reservations without refund if verification steps are not completed or the age requirement is not met.

PET POLICY:
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

LATE CHECK OUT: Send us a message & we can arrange it for you for a small charge, subject to availability.

Very nice and comfortable house

The house was an easy walk from the train station, one could get a taxi from the station. It was very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The walk into town is about 15 minutes, I would recommend it without hesitation, but with one caveat: the stairs are steep, which might be difficult for anyone with some mobility issues.
