「The 4 br penthouse condo is very nice and homey. Everything works as it should. The kitchen was well outfitted. Ideally, I would have liked the 3rd br to have a queen bed instead of twins, but we adapted. Location is great and the views were excellent. The first 2 nights the city hosted a bbq competition which was really bad for the ambiance and views. Porta potties and dumpsters were kind of disgusting to look at. Its not like you can even buy their products. Its a terrible event for residents....

「First thing to know is this property is less than a block from North Wildwood beach and the boardwalk. We knew it was close, but not this close, so that was amazing! The ground floor storage for beach gear is very convenient. A lot of the parking is covered, which is nice. The pool is small but was perfect for our kids.Rooms were very clean, but just a little sand on the floor (difficult to eliminate this close to the beach). 「Our stay was wonderful!! It was very clean and just perfect for 2-4 people. We especially loved the balcony . Being in the 6th floor , it is a spectacular view. We watched the sunrise from the comfort of the balcony while enjoying our coffee. Listening to the ocean was a bonus . Everyone at the Regency towers were very friendly. This was very convenient being a few steps from the beach :) 」

「We all can agree that this was a very clean, well-maintained place to stay. The appliances were new, beds were very comfy, and the shower had great water pressure. The walk to the beach was not bad at all and it was close to the boardwalk. The place was very accurate to what we saw on the listing. And it was very easy to feel at home once we unpacked everything. Overall we are very happy with our stay and we would give it a 10/10.」
