"The front desk staff were particularly helpful, our room was very comfortable, clean and spacious with everything we needed, we enjoyed the pool, the location was very convenient for us as a stop on our journey driving up the coast, the restaurant service for dinner was a bit chaotic to start but we ended up having a very pleasant meal by the pool."

"The room was large, very clean and nice and the bed very comfortable. Unfortunately, there was 3 air conditioning systems going non -stop right next to our sliding door, and the fridge in the room was very noisy. The light switches were unnecessary complicated. The staff were very nice and helpful. I guess the worst thing was the swimming pool times: 8am to 6pm. These are ridiculous times in a hot climate, but on top of that, the first day, we turned up just after 8 am and it was still not open,. When we came back in the evening, tired and sweaty at 5:50 it was already locked. We arrived on a Sunday and had a meal at the restaurant which was inedible and expensive. I think all these problems could be easily remedied with a bit of good will."

"Property has been impacted by a recent cyclone and is being repaired. The staff are great and very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was delicious, compliments to the chef. Will certainly be staying here on my next visit to Port Hedland."

"The place has enough space and good facilities for our two night stay, allowing us to cook meals, wash clothes and sleep in comfortable beds. Location is convenient for local attractions and shops. The place was clean. Bit dark inside but fine when you open all the curtains and blinds. Pool to cool off if needed. Staff friendly."
