「The room and property was absolutely beautiful. Safe and secure area and close distance to many amenities. We would absolutely stay again!」

「There is no restaurant in the hotel as the road in front is under construction.」

「We’ve stayed here many times. Love this place!!! Pool Room Coffee Shop and Bar are fantastic! However our last night there was a little crazy. We had a woman come into our room at about 11:30 pm (My husband and I were asleep) looking for her room!!! I can only deduce that she lost her key card and the front desk programmed her card for our room. I’ve not heard back from Mgt. so I have no idea what happened. My husband did not use the extra night lock after getting ice. Lesson learned.」

「Great stay. Clean rooms, beautiful design and convenient location to the plaza!」

「I would say the biggest problem was access to the rooms. And then had another problem with the right number, but the door wouldn’t open think. I tried it 17 times then I called and the man on the phone helped me, but the door was difficult that it happened to all the ones in the larger numbers. The bed was great. The pillows were great. The room was great.」

「I had an issue with my original hotel reservation being canceled, but the Expedia representative took responsibility for the situation and went above and beyond to help me find alternative accommodations. I truly appreciated their assistance and willingness to resolve the issue. The staff at Hotel Lotus were also very accommodating, welcoming, and helpful throughout the process. Their understanding and excellent customer service made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I appreciate...
