「Perfect location, very easy access to beach! Nice pool. Condo was very nice, open balcony and the beach is literally 10 ft Infront of you. Which was great with having the teenage kids, you can literally look right out the door and talk to them on the beach. Perfect for a small family vacation!!」

「The condo was great with a lot of activities for our teenage boys. Todd was great to communicate with through out the entire process. We really enjoyed our stay. The only down fall was having to head back home. 」

「We had an amazing time here. It was our first time to topsail. The host was very easy to talk to and he helped with everything we asked. The place was very nice and cozy. I loved that even though it wasnt oceanfront but it still had a beautiful view on the balcony of the ocean. Enjoyed having coffee and watching the sunset. Had everything you need for vacation. The property was also wonderful. The pools were great and great access to beach. Would love to stay again. 」

It's far enough away from everything but close enough to where you can go out and about if you so desire. Even when the weather is not so nice, having the balcony to be able to still enjoy the ocean view is wonderful.」

「Great place to stay!!」

「John's condo at the Villa Capriani is a great place to stay. The facility was very clean and has everything that's needed to stay except food However. The Splash restaurant has great food with a variety of food to suit everyone. Located facing the ocean and overlooking the pool area makes it a perfect place to stay. The Villa Capriani gives you security with wrist bands to get in and out of the pool area. Topsail is a great place to get away and relax. I would highly recommend John's...

「This condo is amazing. It's better than the photos. The house was clean when we arrived. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions even on a holiday. I would suggest quests be prepared to bring ALL your paper products and condiments. Overall, my family enjoyed the house tremendously. We enjoyed the pool, the beach, and grilling out in the evening. So fun! 」
