There were no sheers on the window so it was either have the drapes closed, or have them open and everyone could see in while I changed etc. There was no way to turn the brightness on the ac and the thermostat down, so it was either be hot with no ac, or have my sleep disturbed by a bright LED display - and they were on opposite sides of the bed, so rolling over didn’t help. The shower was broken. Not only was there no hot water, the knob was broken so the indicator just rolled around loosely - that might have been a bigger challenge if there were hot water, but since there wasn’t, it was just annoying.
