TV could only get 1 channel. Front desk sent someone up who took a cursory look around and then began speaking to us in a foreign Language here in the US. 「I had pre-paid and had a zero dollar receipt at checkout, but my credit card was charged. Later, when I emailed them about the double charge, the charge was reversed, but I never received any response.」

「The manager, Amanda, was very helpful assisting us with our room issues during the stay. She really took her time to make things right. Location was great in proximity to Fairfield University, downtown Westport and 95. Definitely would stay again.」

「The front desk staff was extremely helpful」
