Although the property is VERY close to Rt 9, the fenced side yard was good for the kids and lounging around a campfire. 「Positive. Arrived in a tough driving snow storm. 16 Wade was a nice respite from the cold and wind and snow. Heat was cranking, spun a few albums (get more!) and settled in for a nice night. Exactly as advertised. Perfect spot for breakfast at Cafe Sarah and access to Gore Mtn 」

「The home owner canceled our reservation only hours before we were scheduled to arrive. They had frozen pipes in the house which indicates extremely poor maintenance by the homeowner. There are ways to avoid these situations. I want to make sure this is reported to VRBO. He should not be allowed to have a rental unit. 」
