"Excellent location on The Strand, beautiful views of beach, sea & Magnetic Island from my balcony. Restaurants, cafes, Coles, public swimming pools, Ferry to Magnetic Island all very close to hotel.
My room on the 11th floor was spacious and equipped to make simple meals. The bed was really comfortable and the blackout curtains effective. Shower was good with plenty of hot water.
Staff were very friendly.
I wish you would remove the very stained & grubby carpet & the very worn, shabby bar stools from room 1104, no amount of daily house keeping can revive these two things!!!
I had a lovely 13 night stay at this hotel and would stay again if I ever visit Australia again!"
