The Space:
This 4-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom luxury home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The spacious open floor plan boasts a modern kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a cozy living area, and large windows letting in natural light. Outside, enjoy a private pool and spa area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house, including the pool and spa, patio, and outdoor area. Enjoy the private pool at your leisure, heated for year-round use. The spa is easy to operate, allowing for maximum relaxation during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, this home offers a peaceful retreat while being just minutes from downtown and the beach. Family-friendly parks and top-rated restaurants are just a short drive away.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended to fully explore the area. The house offers parking for up to 4 vehicles, with easy access to major highways. Uber and Lyft services are readily available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that no parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am to respect our neighbors. Pets are not allowed with prior approval.
Direct & VRBO booking will incur a 4% transaction fee if canceled.

Great Home

The property was great. It is new, everything is fresh and clean and very well decorated. Plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery, the entire kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance you could want or need. The pool area is also a big plus. We really enjoyed staying at the house, definitely one of the best houses we rented to date and we have rented many in the past, all over the country. Looking forward to staying again soon. Oleg was a great host as well, answered any and all questions very promptly, literally within minutes.
