"Guest services was great! They helped me plan a surprise for my friend and surprised us in return afterwards!!! Very sweet! A few things, the sundry store cannot be charged to the room, they only accept charge cards or cash. If you are anticipating charging to the room, do not. Instead of the bar allowing an open tab at the pool, they close it at every drink order. They do not go around to take orders when you are sitting at the pool for hours, you have to go to them. Not as guest friendly as you anticipated."

"We have stayed here twice and have really enjoyed our stay each time. The staff are very nice and helpful with any requests. I look forward to coming back again. Only one thing I would note is if you’re looking for a big night life this is a pretty quiet hotel in the evenings."

"This hotel is beautiful. Is small feels really personal. The food is delicious is not a huge buffet but everything is great quality and they have plenty of what they offered. The staff at the buffet is friendly and attentive. Is all inclusive which is a plus for us. The pools are big but unfortunately they only had one of the bars open and only one bartender in the one that was open which is a lot for one person to handle. We all want to have a drink in our hands but it takes time. Adrian at the bar was wonderful he was “overwhelmed” at times but he did it gracious , with a smile, zero complaints but we all had to wait our turns. Adrian is a wonderful employee the hotel is lucky to have him. This place is pet friendly and we came with our rescue dog he was accommodated. We will come back in a heart bit!"

"Exceptional, the best hotel, the best staff, views, amenities! The beach and the pools were great! The food was 3 stars from 5 , very expensive and is not good, buffet breakfast the best!"
