"They didn’t replenish toiletries and cloths as necessary during house cleaning, the room smell moldy, and mildew. I had to have them come change my sheets due to the overwhelming smell, but they were helpful and kind and offer get rates to extend my stay last minute. The resort was beautiful and big."

"Overall, we had a really fun stay! I wouldn’t say it was the best resort I’ve stayed at, but the views were absolutely incredible and the staff were honestly amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and even the other guests were SO nice and welcoming. We met some really cool people, which made the whole experience even better. One of my favourite parts was seeing monkeys right on the beach 🐒🌴 such a cool experience! There was so much nature around the resort, and I loved the fun atmosphere, entertainment and nightly shows. There was always something going on. That being said, there were definitely a few things that could’ve been better. The resort is VERY hilly, so getting around could be a bit of a struggle, especially when you had to wait for a shuttle. Sometimes the shuttles took quite a while to pick you up or get you where you needed to go. The food was pretty average, and the swim-up bar could get frustrating. There were times when there was only one bartender working when they clearly needed more, and we waited up to 20 minutes for drinks. Overall, it’s a beautiful resort with amazing views, incredible staff, friendly people, lots of nature and a really fun vibe. I genuinely enjoyed my trip, but with the food, transportation and bar service, I’d give it a 7/10 ⭐️"

"Pretty good experience, power was off and we weren’t notified for half a day, some things were a little outdated like broken tiles and other things however, most beautiful scenery and access to the beach was great ! Staff was decent"
