Dirty towels hanging on back of one bathroom door when we checked in, no ice in freezer and ice maker didn’t work, a hand towel rack fell off of bathroom wall, lots of ladybugs all over windows, and a storage bench hinged lid fell off when lifted. Kids loved the entertainment space in basement, and rooms were comfy and hot tub very nice. "
