"The room did need some maintenance - light in the bathroom did not go, their was no soap in the dispenser in the shower, jug went intermittently and the heater in smaller bedroom did not work. There were washing machines onsite - was $6 a load"

"Stayed 3 weeks because of the ocean closed by. Truly awesome. Hostel is welcoming cheap with all equipment to cook. Individual rooms a bargain."

"Really nice location across the street from New Brighton beach, Although advertised as one bed they converted the sofa on the main floor into a bed for minimal upcharge and it was ready when we arrived."
