Spacious Beach Living!
This beautiful channel home is located in the Cherry Grove Section of North Myrtle Beach. AWESOME PROPERTY! Exceptional views from all rooms, private balconies and porches. Fully equipped kitchen to serve large family meals with plenty of dining space. Walk-dock on channel, paved, covered parking, outside shower and convenient beach access. Enjoy this lovely house in a natural setting with great view. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property. No house parties, No pets, No motorcycles, No smoke.

The Space:
First Floor Main Bedroom with 1 Queen Bed, TV-VCR, one full bath.
Large living-dining area with ample seating, Fully furnished Kitchen, Laundry room, Central H-A, ceiling fans throughout. Fully carpeted. One half bath located in hallway.
Second Floor: Main Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed and
1 Twin Daybed, TV, Full Bath; Bedroom #2 - 1 Queen and 1 Twin Bed;
Bedroom #3 - 2 Twin Beds, TV-VCR, Shared Bath.
Non-Smoking
Decks and Docks: Please wear shoes/footwear on dock & decks at all times

Guest Access:
Guests will pick up and return key(s) to the rental office.

*Rates for weekends, holidays, and special events may be subject to change without notice and do not include the 12% tax or additional fees.

Must be 25 or older to rent. Absolutely NO house parties. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO MOTORCYCLES

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

Hosts are located in North Myrtle Beach and are available to help when needed, however we will respect your privacy.

Nice place but A/C went out and wasn’t properly fixed

Nice location, and house was nice. A/C went out on bottom floor on Monday night and they couldn’t get a replacement part for the rest of the week. They brought a temporary unit out to leave in the living room which worked better than nothing, but the downstairs bedroom remained hot the entire week. Apart from the A/C everything was great.
