I couldn't have asked for anything more

Everything about this stay was perfect. From the communication with the owner before our arrival, to the property when we arrived, and the duration of our stay, we couldn't have had a better experience. The property is beautiful and very well equipped with everything we needed. We did limited cooking but the kitchen has all the gadgets you would need. The property was VERY CLEAN. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed it. We were closer to the beach than I originally thought, and with the golf cart it took less than 4 minutes to get there. The property is very well located close to Hwy 17 and we found plenty of activities very close by. We will definitely be back. Thank you Tim.

A mini oasis in the heart of North Myrtle Beach

Booked our stay here with Tim for a 5-day golf trip. The location is amazing, central in North Myrtle, close to plenty of restaurants and the beach. The house itself was amazing, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, and the backyard was truly an oasis. Tim was a wonderful host in constant communication - we will be back!

Best Vacation EVER!

Walked in to a clean and beautiful home. It was even bigger then expected which is good since we had multiple generations with us on this trip and everyone had plenty of space. My kids loved the pool and I spent every night in the hot tub. The owner was extremely nice and attentive and super gracious. TVs were huge in every room. Coffee pot made a whole pot or you could use Kcups. Very modern appliances and two complete fridges. Very private back yard and the beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on while on vacation. The location was wonderful. Close to things yet when at the house it felt very quiet and secluded. We couldn't be happier with our experience. I would give it more then 5 stars if I could. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous home!

We stayed here in 2020 and the updates that have been done are fantastic! The pool and hot tub combo were a huge plus. This home has every amenity you would want along with the golf cart rental. Tim was great to work with and communication was awesome. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful Vacation Home

Our family really enjoyed our stay. This property was perfect for our group and had everything we needed. The pool area was our favorite of any home we've stayed in. Communication with Tim was great through every step. We had a little issue with an appliance and he came right over to troubleshoot and make sure that everything was taken care of. We cooked a lot of meals in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again.

Better than described

In my opinion this property was better than described! Tim was very responsive and reached out several times during the stay to make sure we had all we needed. Detailed instructions were given that made entering the property for check in a breeze. We had a sweet welcome gift of various snacks which the kids loved. The house is super clean, it had everything in the kitchen needed to make meals, even had 2 refrigerators which came in handy seeing that we had 10 people. The beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in and I loved that each room was spacious and the teen boys especially loved the latest edition of Xbox in their room. The pool area was where we spent the majority of our time. So many sweet memories made there with the kiddos. The neighborhood was quiet and not super busy. The golf cart made access to the beach quick and easy. The only thing that could have made this property better was if I could have stayed another week. Thank you Tim, we had the BEST vacations highly recommend this property and I can’t wait to return.

Excellent Hospitality!

Was very inviting from the first communication. House smelled nice and fresh as we opened the door. Starter supplies were very helpful and saved us buying full packages of everything. Tim was very helpful and offered to get us anything we needed for our stay.

The Oasis is right!!

My Boyfriend and I decided to rent a nice place in Myrtle Beach for a week and invite our families to come down at their leisure. Giving us some alone time and then 5 days of family time. Boy did this place FAR exceed our expectations. The Property Manager Tim was beyond accommodating. Answers all of our questions before and during our 13 hr ride down. The place was magnificent! Truly. So clean, so well taken care of and there was everything we needed there! The pool and hot tub were beautiful and the yard, so peaceful and quiet. The lights at night were so pretty. The small touches of personal charm were cute as well. We will be back, I’ve found no better place anywhere! Even driving around the cool golf cart, we saw other properties with pools, etc. Literally nothing as private or as tranquil as we had. I was hesitant at first because it was a bit more pricey than some of the other properties we looked at. So glad we spent the extra money, it was sooooo worth it! Thanks Tim, we will be back. And invite enough people to use the upstairs too. Haha

Look no further!

We had the absolute BEST STAY. The house was so clean. Had enough space for everyone to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and hot tub space was beautiful!! The backyard space was our favorite. It was everything and more we wanted in a vacation rental. We cooked most of our meals at the house and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of room for everyone together in the kitchen and living space. Our host was beyond helpful and quick to answer any texts we sent to him. The golf cart rental was so handy. On our last night, the family was talking about how much we all loved this house and we decided ‘homey’ was the best way to describe it. 5/5 stars! We will be back.

Home away from Home

Beautiful home with a beautiful pool/hot tub. I've stayed in a lot of VRBO properties but none have felt like home more than this property. The owners thought of everything, from the welcome assortment of snacks to the games and pool toys. All of the instructions were clearly stated. The kitchen had all the appliances you could ever need. There was plenty of silverware, plates, glasses, etc. The security system to the pool gave us peace of mind. I would absolutely stay in this property again and would highly recommend to others. Very easy access to Route 17.

Family Reunion Stay

This was, by far, one of the most nicest and cleanest places we have stayed. We have a pretty big family, and there was enough room for everyone to have their own space. The pool was a massive hit, and we stayed in it pretty much the whole time. We will definitely be booking with this home again!

Perfect Week at the Beach

What a wonderful place to stay! We were there with a wide range of ages and it met all of our needs. We loved that it is a walk in entrance which made it nice for our parents. We had some special treats waiting for us when we arrived which we thought was extremely nice. The beds are so comfortable, the decorations fun for the beach, and place was so clean. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. It is much closer to the beach than we thought and the golf cart was great to go back and forth. The place has everything you need and more. Tim was incredible as he answered any question we had immediately. We even had the chance to meet him and we saw right away why this place is so special. We already can’t wait to come back next year. We stayed over 30 years at a different condo that we thought we could never replace but after one week we have a new favorite!! Brestensky, Glunt, and Trochowski families.

Great family vacation!

The house was great and a perfect set up for our family! The pool was so much fun and we even got my mother in the spa section. The kids loved the Xbox and I loved the kitchen! The double fridges were a bonus and the washer and dryer were top notch. Location was great and golf cart made out getting to the beach in minutes. The kids loved riding in the cart.

The host was very responsive and friendly. The house was amazing and a great location. Had everything we needed. Plenty of space. The golf cart rental option was great for getting to and from the beach but also was not a bad walk. Would definitely stay again!

June 3-10 Stay

Great property. Family “senior week” trip for our Hugh school graduate. Home was obviously recently updated with new flooring and well taken care of. Even had Purple mattresses! About 3/4 mile from beach, available golf cart makes that easy! Great communication and owner even left a surprise care package for our graduate that was there upon arrival. Highly recommend.

I speak the truth

Couldn't ask for anything else.Check-in was easy and when we walked inside it was very nice and clean.They had everything there from pool towels to bath towels and all linens and didn't need anything.The pool and hot tub was phenomenal!It was just minutes from the ocean but we used the Golf cart and had fun driving around looking at houses.Thank you Tim for such a lovely house and we are making plans to come back next year!

Amazing!!

The property manager Timothy was very accomadating. We had someone who was elderly with us who needed a recliner and Timothy happened to have one and had no problem setting it up for us! The pool was amazing and very close to the beach.Paying extra for the golf cart and the heated pool was definitely worth it! I would highly recommend this rental and we will be booking again in the future!
