Your beach vacation begins here, at this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo, in Waterpointe II, #201! Updated laminate flooring in the master and family room. The condo is a desirable END unit on the 2nd floor, which means more space, more windows, nice sunlight, horizon views!

From this oceanfront end unit you can access the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. Living Room includes sofa (opens to Queen Sleeper) & 3 occasional chairs, flat screen TV, DVD player Enjoy the amazing views from the living room, master bedroom and the 3rd, kids' bedroom, windows. Your reservation will include bed and bath linens, with beds freshly made upon arrival, and departure cleaning.

The kitchen in this gorgeous light-filled unit has been completely modern - everything is new appliances, tile floor, tile back splash, cabinets, quartz counter top, lighting, sink/faucet/disposal and paint. Great care was taken to choose neutral colors and stylish details for the kitchen and fresh look of the rest of the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining in, with seating for 4 at table + 2 stools at the breakfast bar. There are full sized appliances and a washer & dryer in the unit.

The bathrooms in this unit have also been updated with glass shower doors. All new fixtures and hardware complete the look of this fantastic upgrade.

This property met all of the needs for my family of four. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook meals if we wanted to. Beds were very comfortable and ready to go. There’s not a lot of parking spaces at the building, so we parked across the street for our stay. There was hardly any traffic on the road, so we never had to wait to cross the street. We did wish that there was a keyless entry option, so that we did not have to stop at the rental office.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family's vacation at Waterpoint II was very nice; however, the unit left a lot to be desired. The washing machine broke almost immediately and understandably couldnt be fixed, but we received no reimbursement for it which is disappointing, especially after having to make trips to the laundromat which I never expected to have to do on vacation. The rest of the unit is nice and it was well kept minus that. We also didnt realize that the outside deck area we would be face to face with guests at the pool. That was fine except you heard everything going on at the pool until it closed. That's by no means the owners fault but did detract some from the vacation as we were unaware of this nuance, we at least now know to ask that question before we rent another condo again. The building is nice enough, but be prepared for the elevators to break down as that happened twice during the week. The furniture and rooms were tastefully decorated and in good condition and we made the best of our time there. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking gear and the bedrooms had plenty of blankets and pillows. There was nothing for the beach, but we were told in advance that would most likely be the case, which is fine, just dont expect there to be beach chairs to borrow. It was a nice vacation regardless and the closeness of the beach and the fact that it wasnt overly crowded made everything much better!

We had not visited North Myrtle before and this location is very convenient to restaurants and activities. The beach here is great - not crowded most days (it did get crowded on the 4th of July but that was it) - and the waves were powerful enough to play in but no so crazy the 9 year old couldn't have fun.The complex was in good shape. The pools were not huge, but big enough that the kids could spend a while playing in them and not get bored. Having the option to bounce back and forth between indoor and outdoor was great - especially after a while at the beach. The walk to the beach was probably the shortest of any place I've ever stayed. It couldn't be more convenient. And parking is onsite or just across the small street making it easy to get beach items from the car when needed.The unit was in good shape for a beach rental. There were some little things: a broken drawer in the dresser, a chair that wobbled; but overall everything was maintained and in working order. You have to keep the loads in the washing machine pretty small, just as a heads up, so pack extra detergent.

We just got back and had a wonderful time! The location of this unit is perfect. Close enough to the hustle and bustle but far enough away that you avoid most of the mess. We took our 2 kiddos ages 4 and 2 and they had a blast at the pool. The beach isn’t far from the unit so it wasn’t hard to get things to and from. We used all the amenities this unit offered, and weren’t disappointed in any of them. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked. It was perfect for our family vacation that included grandparents, mom, dad, and two kiddos. Plenty of space and an incredible view for my morning coffee. 10/10!

The location was great and unit well maintained and clean. Little frustrated by all the strict guidelines for checking out (cleaning and laundry) and use of the condo in general. This property management company or condo association is a little excessive with the rules. Including a $300 charge on day one for a security deposit. I would suggest if you bombard your guests with tons of rules and threats of hundreds of additional charges that the homeowner at least go above and beyond and provide beach towels and adequate amount of bathing towels. Our family stayed at a VRBO condo in Clearwater and the homeowners were wonderful! They provided beach towels, chairs, umbrella, surf boards, sand toys, etc. This was such a great gesture, saved our family money and kept are kids super entertained!! We really wanted to pay it forward and help out another family by leaving beach towels and sand toys we purchased.

Our family vacation was great. We got to relax at the beach, the pool along with enjoying some tourist shopping sites. Shopping and attractions were around 12 miles for enjoyment. The site stated .5-.7 which was untrue. Our condo was equipped with all needed kitchen supplies. One downfall I will state is the cleaning service was not completed well. The floors weren’t swept or mopped- chips, crumbs, wrappers, legos, left behind stuff from the last people. Under the beds was quiet gross and to the least a cockroach found running across the floor. I cleaned up prior to our family entering so that didn’t slow us down. Overall it was a great vacation! Thank you for our stay.
