This beautiful 18th Floor at Bay Watch Resort is steps from the beach at North Myrtle Beach. Enjoy beautiful beaches and heated pools all year round. Great location that is centrally located in North Myrtle Beach. This condo is comfortable with all the extras you would expect in a beachfront condo. This is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom that sleeps 6, We have full-sized appliances for cooking and entertaining guests. Great condo with a great view of the beach.

From the living area, you can walk out to the balcony overlooking the ocean. This is our hot spot for morning tea or coffee while you inhale the salt air and watch the sun peek out over the Atlantic in the mornings. The bedroom is equipped with a TV as well as a king bed, each with new bedding and pillows.

We want your stay to be comfortable and fun, so we provide 3 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels so you can start your vacation right away.

Relax by the many pools, enjoy the views, take in the salt air as you stroll on the beaches, and enjoy the balcony in the evenings as you take in all the sounds of nature from the ocean, there is so much to do. We hope that you will enjoy our condo as much as we do.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: POOL CLOSURE
Pools at Tower 1 will be closed starting Wednesday, December 3, 2025. The project is expected to last until the end of March.
During this time, the Tower 1 pool, lazy river, and all hot tubs will be drained and unavailable for use. Additionally, the Tower 1 pool deck will be closed and cordoned off for safety.
