This villa is located in The Yacht Club Villas in Tower 3 on the first floor. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, featuring a convenient breakfast bar overlooking the dining and living areas. The large living room provides a fantastic view of the Waterway and Marina, along with plenty of comfortable seating and a sleeper sofa as well. Step out onto the spacious patio, which overlooks the marina's lawn—a perfect spot to unwind. During the summer season, you can even enjoy the fireworks at Barefoot Landing every Monday night.

The primary bedroom is a haven of comfort, offering a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and a TV for your entertainment. The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed with a large flat-screen TV, while the 3rd bedroom also boasts one king and a flat-screen TV. Each bedroom comes with its own bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.

Barefoot Resort boasts the largest pool in South Carolina, conveniently located right beside the Yacht Club Villas. Property had big dead bugs in the rooms. Spider webs were all over patio and furniture. And is an owner that lives in building and she had something to say about everything you did. IT was very annoying
