Summary:

Spectacular home in desirable Palmetto Shores. Home is a beautifully renovated all-brick ranch nestled on a huge .52 acre lot. Drive up to home boasting a large front yard and a fenced in back yard with all the bells and whistles.

*3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom

*2 car side-load garage

*Underground pool surrounded by nice decking for gathering, sunning

* game room with pool table

*gated back deck perfect for outside entertaining, grilling and just quiet time.



The Space:

*3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, great space.

* Private backyard with pool.

*Sleeps up to 14 guests.

*1 king, 4 double beds and 2 pullout sofas

*Washer/ dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included).

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and smart TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

*The unit is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

Other Things to Note:

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*the house is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.
