Ready to secure your next vacation house? This beautiful beach house is located in a peaceful section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina about 0.5 miles from the shoreline. Allowing for an unparalleled feeling of seclusion along with a short stroll to the beach, this house has it ALL. You will enjoy the spacious patios and decks that provide a spot for relaxation and family gatherings! On top of that, you will notice stunning upgrades throughout the home - making this the ideal spot for a family beach or golf vacation.

The Space:
Minimum booking age: 25

Please note: city of North Myrtle Beach quiet hours: 11 pm to 7 am

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!

Parking: Private driveway. No street parking allowed.

Entry: Use of stairs is required for access to the 2nd floor of this property. Self check-in with keypad.

Living Area: Spacious couch & additional seating! Perfect for the whole family.

Kitchen: Fully stocked! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Both coffee machine types.

Bedroom 1 - Queen bed.

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - King bed. Twin trundle.

Bathrooms - 1 full bath downstairs. 1 half bath downstairs. 1 full bath upstairs, however, the shower has a very low clearance on height due to ceiling. There is only 1 shower in this property that is usable by most adults (the one downstairs). Hair dryers and lighted makeup mirrors!

Washer & Dryer - Private machines!

Televisions: All TVs have cable and/or streaming!

House/area amenities: Gas grill, bocce ball, beach chairs/umbrella, sand toys, beach mats, corn hole. Even though the golf cart is not included, there is a golf cart rental place nearby that you can rent one from! There is also McLean park nearby - public pickle ball and playground!

Patios/Balconies/Decks: Tons of space on both the front and back of the house to enjoy nature.

Beach: Walk or drive to nearby beach access.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire house for themselves. Except private locked owners closets. Golf cart is NOT included.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a beautiful section of North Myrtle Beach, SC.

Getting Around:
Guests will have private parking and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that the area has to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: nearby grounds, sidewalks, etc.

Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

1 pet max - fee applies when booking. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 6.

**Please note there is 1 security camera on the front porch facing the street/driveway areas**

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
