Momma’s Gift is a direct oceanfront home located at 3008 North Ocean Boulevard in North Myrtle Beach. The back sundeck sits right over the beach — step outside and you’re basically there. With five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and sleeping for up to 10 guests, it’s a great fit for family beach weeks and smaller groups who want real oceanfront without sharing walls.

Perfect in every way.

Proximity to the ocean, restaurants, and novelty shops made it the ideal location. I will definitely plan on staying there again. Hated to leave.

Not worth the money!

The good... Location. This place is close to store and right on the beach. Management Company was nice and responsive. The Bad... More run down than the pictures indicate and the cleanliness of the place was not good. We went with the option of brining our own linens and towels (because the "pricey per bed rental fee" for what you pay for cleaning this sheets should be included) when we went to make the beds one of them had a mattress protector that was stained like someone sweat through it, or "something else" happened. When we took it off, the mattress had sand all over it, which is ironic because they will charge you if there sand on the floor when you leave. There was a drawer missing and hardware on the counter when we arrived. Coffee pot was broken but was quickly replaced by the management company with a brand new one (Thank You). Vents were rusty and dirty, one of the showers upstairs had what appeared to be mold in it, it could have just been dirty. Outside was basically a mess with stuff laying around and zero maintenance done. This place could be really nice if they put in a little effort, and a little money. I probably would have been much less critical if I didn't pay $$$$ per night including the high cleaning fee. Which I would guess they didn't even clean after we left because it was cleaner than when I got there. Also took out all the of the garbage, and put the cans on the street for pickup. Had some pictures to share but didn't see a place to add them.
