As a guest at Casa de Verde you will enjoy full and private access to the entire four bedroom beach house. This spacious property includes a fully equipped kitchen for all your meal preparation needs as well as an open concept dining and living area perfect for gathering with family and friends. You have private access to four comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms spread throughout the home. Outside you can relax in the covered lower level area or utilize the charcoal grill for evening barbecues. Please note that certain locked closets are reserved for owner use and are not accessible to guests.

Getting to Casa de Verde is easy and convenient for all our guests. The property is located in the heart of Cherry Grove in North Myrtle Beach, making it a perfect base for your coastal vacation. For those arriving by air, Myrtle Beach International Airport is the closest major hub and is approximately a forty minute drive from the home. While public transportation options in the immediate area are limited, we highly recommend renting a car to fully enjoy the surrounding attractions. Once you arrive, you will find that our property offers dedicated parking space for your convenience. Please note that we strictly prohibit motorcycles, boats, trailers, recreational vehicles, and all terrain vehicles on the premises. For local exploration, golf carts are permitted and are a popular and fun way to travel around the Cherry Grove neighborhood.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please note that our property is strictly for families and guests aged 25 and older. Check in is available from 3 pm to 5 pm, and check out is strictly at 10 am. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and all common areas, including balconies and pool decks. We do not allow pets, motorcycles, boats, trailers, recreational vehicles, or all-terrain vehicles on the premises. Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm to 7 am. Guests are provided with a starter kit of essential supplies, but we recommend bringing additional paper products and toiletries. Please note that sleeper sofas are best suited for children. A damage waiver fee is required for all bookings to ensure a worry-free stay.
