It comes with 7.5 bedrooms 5.5 baths and 16 beds-spacious enough to sleep large guest counts. The backyard boasts a large pool/spa, outdoor kitchen/grill + TV & pool lounge chairs! The home is equipped w/stainless steel kitchen appliances, all the cooking utensils you would need, 2 living rooms, fireplace and multiple decks w/unobstructed ocean views that will take your breath away! We are also close to many hot spots in the North Myrtle Beach/Myrtle Beach area: 2 miles to Barefoot Landing, minutes to many restaurants/shops & 20 minutes to the heart of Myrtle Beach where many rides/attractions are.

Floor 1:
Bedroom #1: 2 Queen beds + TV + full bathroom + twin cot in closet + 2 air mattresses
Bedroom #2: this is a hybrid room with a washer/dryer + day bed that has 2 twin beds

ELEVATOR: this home includes a residential elevator for convenience. While we make every effort to keep it in working condition, the elevator is not guaranteed to be operational at all times. If elevator access is critical for your stay (e.g., mobility concerns), please confirm its status with us before booking.

Last thing to note: there is an additional fee to heat the pool ($600 per week). The pool does not need to be heated in the summer months as it gets warm naturally. Some guests like to have it heated in the fall/winter months.
