While the location and size of the Aero Club is ideal, the house is lacking in cleanliness and appeal. The exterior is in need of a refresh. Peeling paint, missing exterior siding and wobbling exterior stairs give an overall feeling of neglect. While the second floor unit kitchen has been beautifully redone with updated appliances, all of the bathrooms were run-down and showing signs of wear. The biggest disappointment in the property was the lack of cleanliness. Stained couch cushions, mold in the bathrooms, a leaking toilet and dust and dirt throughout the house did make the home ready to enjoy. However, the realtor was quick to respond when contacted.

We have our next generation of young adults with us and their overall review is “heck yeah”!!! Everyone really loves the place and we’re happy to be here. Really love the kitchens and all the great work on remodeling that makes the place really functional/appealing. Gave me some great ideas for my kitchen.! The unit is not wheelchair accessible and they might benefit from putting a little ramp where there’s a step just as you enter through the driveway. We brought a little ramp of our own to enable a family member to join us.

Better communications / maintenance

It should be communicated in the ad The property is two separate for bedroom units that are no interior stairs between the units. Wow the property is a great location and shows huge potential the lack of maintenance on a property is starting to show its age The second floor bathroom smells a urine. The decks are starting to rot in the way. Third floor kitchen should be updated there is no pots pans cooking utensils in the third floor to cook in . The grill looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Upon checking we found dirty dishes in the dishwasher when communicated to the property manager . Didn't seem like they really cared. The house smells like must there's no air movement within the building...

Cherry Grove

Excellent outdoor pool and patio area w/ two hot tubs and putting green. Adequate number of inside bedrooms and baths. Had difficulties w/ one refrigerator not cooling properly--a promised technician never arrived. There was no inside connection between the first and second floors, necessitating use of outdoor stairs to move from floor to floor. Access to both floors was by stairs only, no elevators, so that seniors might have difficulties w/ luggage, etc.
