Our stay was great. The weekend weather was not the best but we made it work. The only downside to our stay was the elevator stopped working which made it hard for my mother in her 80s to get from floor to floor.

We had lots of room. Kids had a great time in the pool. We rented golf carts that was nice to have. Heads up only umbrellas at beach and you can rent for $45 a day. With that being said it was to hot at beach so we were very grateful for the pool. It was used a lot!

The beds were really comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. We had a couple of questions, but the staff was very quick to answer and help. My only recommendations would be to 1) ask for the pool heater to be turned on a couple days in advance 2) add additional hanging racks for towels in the bathrooms and 3) supply a new can opener.

Family reunion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first experience renting a house. We had a family reunion with 30 people. The house accommodated everyone well. For this house being available for rent just over a year, I was disappointed in the condition of things, I.e. the towel racks weren’t secured properly to the wall and many of the bathroom vanities were missing the drawers. Also, one of the ovens would trigger the fire alarm to go off every time it was turned on, even though nothing was burning. That being said, our family had a great time and the staff was very helpful!

Property needs work

We enjoyed our stay as we were with our family however the pictures are not completely accurate. The property needs much work. The refrigerators never got cold. Lightbulbs out, dry rotting outdoor furniture, dryers wouldn’t dry out clothes, sand in blankets, and I should mention they don’t wash the covers on top, actually tell you to not put them with dirty laundry 🤢 one bath tub clogged, cigarette butts and trash were at pool. Pulled down linens from one of top bunks and it was full of sand!! Obviously never been cleaned.. The pool was nice and a great size for our group.. rooms were small but that was ok cause we only slept in them. This would be a nice property if owners put back into it some but we won’t stay there again. For the price it was very disappointing.

Several family members commented on the spacing and size of the home. The rooms were nice. The hot tub and pool are nice as well. The kitchen is very spacious with a large table. A bathroom in each room was outstanding with family members.

A week with the. Whole family

It’s location was ok parking for a house that held as many people as that one did was poor. The house floors were very dirty there were rooms that had no lights reported but never fixed the pool and hot tub were the same temperature the pool man came and took the box of wires and took parts out but it never got fixed The home pictures showed couches but there were only 4 chairs where the pool table was the air conditioner could not cool the downstairs very well the hand held shower head came off and hit my granddaughter in the head while showering. We tr ied Myrtle beach for our first time this year we usually go to Nags Head and have rented some nice large rentals for way less than what we paid all in all we were not impressed

Family vacation

Accommodations were great for our family and close to everything we had planned. There were a few things that should have been attended to before our arrival. Two pans had dried food in them, some over head light bulbs in kitchen were out as were the lights in bottom of both microwaves. I did mention this and was told it could be fixed but we needed to be there and with our schedule we were in and out to much to set up a specific time. Cookie crumbs and candy wrappers were in one bed between mattress and springs at head of bed. These may seem like small items but for the charge these are things that should be checked and fixed prior to next guest checking in.
