「Everything was fine until while closing the door while leaving for dinner down the street , somehow activated the safety security bar after closing and couldn’t get back in when we came back . We had the front desk agent come up to get it unlatched so we could return to the room with our things locked in .. we never had that happened but all was taken care of and very professional about it .. great job 」
「We enjoyed everything about the property however I booked the reservations because it was advertise as being downtown Lincoln. I was surprised to find out that downtown was still a couple miles away. I take responsibility for not looking more closely however I think it’s misleading to advertise. It is downtown Lincoln」
「It would much more convenient if the key card entry worked on the side of the building. And our curtains appeared to be very stained otherwise the room was cleaned well.」
「Very outdated hotel and needs major repair in many areas. As in walls, general maintenance, door frames etc. We had graffiti behind our bathroom door. Hot tub was not working at all, and they had a permanent sign at the check in desk that states the hot tub is not working. Makes a person wonder when did it work if ever?. The pool was old and not kept up. Very disappointed.」
「Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good but I think the cook was having a hard time keeping up with demand. Facility remodeling going on.
