良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
施設も綺麗で食事も美味しくて文句なしです。屋上のバーやスパが部屋づけにできなく、カード払いの場合その都度一階のフロントまで降りて支払う必要があるのは、不便極まりないです。あと、一階のバーの店員が必要以上にオーダーさせようと迫ってくるのは鬱陶しいのでやめさせた方が良いです。

ビーチフロントにこだわらなければ、地図で見るよりも場所は便利です。 ホテルの部屋も広く清潔で、スタッフ対応も良かったです。残念だったのはハウスキーピングです。 トイレットペーパーが補充されてなかったり、バスマットがなかったり。(頼めばすぐ持って来てくれました。)概ね良いホテルでした。また泊まりたいです。

プールが広くて、静かで、快適でした。2階が 客室でしたが、アジア系とヨーロッパ系の客でウィングを分けてるような気がしました。このホテルでは見かけませんでしたが、アジア系には騒がしい方がいるので、そういった理由があるのかもしれません。

新しいので、とてもきれいな部屋で、ビーチも徒歩圏。ヨガレッスンもあって最高！
朝のヨガを体験！　前日の夜にすれ違ったスタッフに声を掛けられ、ちょっと見学のつもりで行ってみたんですが、ほとんど未経験の私が、一人だけ参加になってしまったのにもかかわらず、インストラクターの方が1時間半ほどしっかり基本から教えていただきました。 快晴の空のもと、プールサイドで朝食前に行う運動の気持ちよさ。　はまりそうです。 プールは明るい時間帯以外の夜もライトでとっても雰囲気よく演出されてて、いいですよ ビーチまでは1本道なので、迷子にならずにいけます そのビーチから見れるサンセットが、また素敵なんです あんなに真っ赤な太陽が水平線に沈むのって、これまでに見たことないです 部屋の真ん中（付近）にある湯舟には最初　”えっ？”って思いましたが、普段体験できないから面白かった～

従業員がやさしいホテル
今回泊まった部屋の広さは45M2のホテル式、ミニバーは無料で毎日補充してくれます。部屋が綺麗で、のんびりできました。特に従業員は優しく対応してくれてよかったです。 但し、日本語できるスタッフがいない様、英語が全然できない人は戸惑うになる時があるかもしれません。

スミニャックの市街地までも近いですし、ビーチまではカートで送ってくれます。ビンタンスーパーも近くて歩いて行けます。朝食は普通でしたが、部屋も広く、スタッフの方も親切でした。

広くバスタブもあり快適でした。プールも広く心地よかったです。beachまでの送迎もあり助かりました。

街中にあって便利
スタッフは概ね親切。部屋も清潔、ヴィラに宿泊しました。 冷凍庫が冷えず、子供のアイスキャンディが凍りませんでした。 何度かスタッフに伝えるも改善されず。その一点が残念でした。

日本語で会話できる人が1人でもいたらとても助かったと思います。 ホテルのプールは楽しめました❣️ 朝食付きでしたが、帰る日の朝が早かったのですが、送迎の車で食べれるように配慮して欲しかったです。 総合的には良かったと思います。

親切、清潔、設備抜群の文句無しのホテル
とにかく親切丁寧なスタッフさん、とにかくキレイに清掃の行き届いた環境と、滞在中も不便なく過ごせた設備で、とっても快適でした！ 朝食は何を選んでも美味しくて、毎朝が楽しみで、他で食事をするのが不安になるくらい美味しかったです！ 立地はビーチからは少しあるものの、だからこそ街を歩く機会になったと思っております！ バリの西リゾートはこちらしか考えられません！ 大変お世話になりました！ ありがとうございました！

スタッフが真面目で優しい(^^)
ホテルのスタッフは、基本的に英語がわかる方ばかりで、日本人のつたない英語でもしっかりとくみ取ってくださり、伝えたい事がしっかり伝わり真面目に対応してくださって、とても優しい人ばかりで大変助かりました。ホテル内はとても綺麗で、毎日ベランダから庭を眺めると窓を拭いていたりお水を植物にあげたり、掃き掃除をしていたり、いつもスタッフがテキパキと働いていて、とても好感が持てました。ホテルに帰るといつも笑顔で迎えてくれて安心感があり、帰るのが楽しみになる様な、とても居心地の良いホテルでした。ただ、冷蔵庫が2回程壊れてしまいました。言えばすぐに変えてくださったので問題はありませんが、2回目は、諦めました。

高級感があるホテル
まず、スタッフの皆さんがとても親切な方ばかりでした。 英語もほとんど話せない私たちに一生懸命伝えようとしてくれて、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。 部屋の掃除もとてもよくされていて虫も他のところより全然いません。 屋上のプールも最高でした！ また泊まりたいと思います。

Location is good and staffs are so kind. The bathtab in the roow is in the middle of the room, that was so good that I can watch TV. Morning buffet was also good.

客室は申し分ない。コスパは良い。スタッフの質は人による。
Sand suiteに泊まったが、客室の広さ綺麗さは十分です。エアコンの効きが強くない。ミニバー無料(ミニサイズのポテトチップス,ビール、コーラなど各1ケ1日) 最大の後悔はサロンでのspaです。暗く寒い場所にあり、関節照明もつけてくれないので深い穴蔵の様です。3度寒いと行ってようやくタオルをかけてくれました。蚊にも三ヶ所刺され本当に嫌な気持ちがしました。 スタッフも全然説明せず、また英語が下手すぎて、これも本当に不愉快でした。あと、トイレの流す音、上の階のジムでバーベルが落ちてくる音。 同じ値段を払うなら絶対に違う場所で行う事をお勧めします。 前日に客室で受けたスパは全く問題なく、スタッフもきちんとコミュニケーションができ良かったです。

とにかく綺麗
日本語で対応できるスタッフがゼロで、英語がままならないので大変だった。なんだかんだで大変な事があり、次は日本語が少しでもわかるスタッフがいるホテルにしたいと思いました。 ホテル自体は綺麗でした。
