"Pros: -Great property -Great location -Great set up -Large rooms -Large yard -Close to the beach -Plenty of cupboard -Clean fresh bathroom -Nice quantity of towels -Beach chairs Cons: -Living room furniture is uncomfortable and mismatched -Bathroom access is through second bedroom -Could use a deep cleaning of carpets and dusting behind furniture (head and underneath of bed etc.) -Not enough dishes/glassware -So many kitchen cupboards that everything is randomly placed (ie cling wrap in one drawer and aluminum foil in another) means that you spend a lot of time opening drawers and cupboards looking for stuff"

"The house was very spacious and exactly what we needed for our visit. The view from the yard was breathtaking of the bay and there was lots to do with the kids during our visit. It was very family friendly with lots of board games, and a trampoline for the kids to play. It was close to everywhere that we wanted to go. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is that we paid to have a late check out and the cleaning company showed up at 10 am, it took phone calls to Red Sands and showing confirmation texts to the cleaning company. Light in hallway at top of stairs not working. The vent for the stove was filled with grease and the basement is in need to a dehumidifier. Despite those issues, the house had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. The welcome package on the entry table was a nice touch. We would stay again!"
