「It was so easy to check in and much bigger than we had expected. Two decent sized bedrooms. Smallish kitchen but who needs a big one on holiday. Nice bathroom. Everything was very clean and the bedding looked fresh and clean. Bed super comfortable. The area is Ok - nothing flash but handy to town. I’d certainly recommend for a night or two here. Vivian was very welcoming.」

「写真と実際のホテル（ビル）が違って、ボロい。フロントの対応の愛想が悪い。部屋の案内もなく、どうして自分の部屋に入るのか困った。結局、ドアが二つあって、一つ開けてからまた自分の部屋のドアを開ける仕組みだった。掃除をあまりしていないのか、入り口、廊下、階段等でゴミが散らかっていた。」

「Photos do NOT do this place justice. We booked based on good rating and price despite the average photos, and we’re happy we did. Very clean, great location that’s within 10mins drive of anything you’ll need (i.e., dining, grocery, shopping, parks) and plenty of parking. Friendly room service checking in daily which was also nice. Will happily stay here again.」

"24時間スタッフがいて　AM1時でも対応してくれました。対応言語に日本語があったのですが　日本語は通じない様でしたが　google翻訳でなんとかなりました。私の泊まった部屋は全くオーシャンビューではなかったのですが　オーシャンビューの部屋なら素晴らしいと思います。近くにスーパーマーケットがあるので　困ることはなかったです。"

"何度も泊まっているので、また、泊まりまりました。街の中の真ん中の真ん中で、どこに行くにも便利です。食事をする場所を探すにも、スーパーに行くにも、バスに乗るにもです。入り口は2ヶ所ありどちらも便利な場所です。朝食も種類が多くて良かったですし、ジムもコンパクトですが整っています。"

"3年連続この近辺に滞在しています。スカイドライブの発着場所の目の前なので、午前中にホテルには到着します。荷物を預かってもらうためホテルへ向かったら、「部屋の準備が出来たら連絡します」と言ってくださり、チェックイン時間の13:30頃アーリーチェックインが出来ました。荷物も部屋まで運んで下さっていました。部屋は広く、目の前に遮る建物もなかったので、カーテンを閉めることなく過ごしました。備え付けのシャンプー&コンディショナーもホテルの物が自分の髪質に合い、持って行った物は使わず持ち帰ることに。他もスリッパ、バスローブ、水は毎日２本頂けるので、ココなら荷物減らせます。来年？近くに電車の新駅も出来るみたいで、Britomart駅に繋がるのでアクセスもしやすくなると思います。また泊まりたいホテルです。"
