「Wonderful property, nice and helpful staffs. Mattresses could be updated but still good for a night’s sleep. Close to freeway but quiet and cozy. Definitely a recommendation.」

「Clean」

「Very friendly helpful staff Very clean rooms Breakfast had everything」

「Improvement in the breakfast would be much appreciated. Corredor clean in front the door would be also much appreciated.」

「well, looks like remodeled Motel. only good thing is the location is closed to restaurants」

「Q」

「When we checked I asked the clerk if the hot tub and hot tub were working, she said yes. We found out later when went to the hot tub that the motor was broken, they were waiting a part. We left about PM and went to another motel with a working hot tub. I asked the clerk for a refund as we were leaving, they refused. I called Expedia today and they are trying to get my refund.」

「Clean room, pretty quiet, breakfast was good.」

「Every single planter/non-paved area was full of dog poop. I’m convinced that nobody has ever picked up the poop at this ”dog friendly” hotel in the entirety of its existence. The room I stayed in was ugly, there was dirt in the corners of the floor in the main room and the bathroom, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, it was a really crappy place altogether. It was just a one night stopover for me, but if I had planned a longer stay I would have definitely left and found somewhere better!」

「Excellent place to stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is very convenient for visiting Lassen Volcanic National Park and Mount Shasta, making it a great base for exploring the area. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to others!」

「Very clean with freshly updated furnishings. Right in the middle of downtown, so a great location.」
