「It was an easy process for getting in. The kitchen facility was perfect for our use. We watched the sunrise and full moon rise from the picture window, it was amazing. The owner is very responsive about any questions. Do note it is a bottom floor condo with people above. It is very comfortable and great location to go to Maine, Portsmouth, or just the beach down the street. 」

「I took my roommate Beth of 9 years and her best friend Corey who both have intellectual disabilities and some mobility issues. We required a first floor easy access place to stay. The location was great. The space was very cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Communications with the owners was spot on and we had a great stay. "私達が宿泊した際のフロント担当Jeremyは口数こそ多く無いものの、ランドリーの使い方が解らなかった際、面倒臭がる事もなく丁寧に教えてくれたり 玄関で荷物を運び入れる際、キャスターがカーペットに引っ掛かって手こずっていたら、さっと手を貸してくれたり さりげない気遣いが大変心地良かった。 車移動を前提にすると、ダウンタウンまで10分位とアクセスが良いのに値段は手頃 朝食はメニューが少な目ではあるものの一通り揃っていて特にヨーグルトは何故か種類が多かった。 セルフで焼くワッフルは無かったものの 一口サイズのボトルウォーターが使い易く便利だった。 ホテルの外観はごく普通だったが、リノベーションされたのか、部屋は大変綺麗でバスタブも有り ゆったりとした作りでとても快適だったので 予定に無かったものの、後日もう1泊する事にしたほど。 次回、ポーツマスに行く際にも是非ともここに宿泊したい "
